Transferring data from old iPhone to new iPhone with new apple ID

My father has bought a new iphone 11 pro max & wants to transfer all the data over to the 11 pro max but wants to use a new apple ID for the iphone 11 as his old phone is sharing an Apple ID with his wife's.

How does he transfer files/data from the old iphone into a new iphone using a different apple ID

Transfer data to new iphone with new Apple ID I currently have mine and my partner's phones using the same Apple ID. As we are about to upgrade my partner's phone, we would like to set up her new phone with an individual ID. Is this possible without losing the data stored on her current phone? (Switch is 11 pro-max to 14 pro-max)
