MacBook Pro 16 Inch (2019) a2141, boots up with no chime to blank screen

Dear apple community.

I have a 16 inch MacBook Pro model a2141.

I have the following problem:

The Macbook boots to a blank screen, u don't hear a chime. The Apple logo shows for like 1 split second and disappears. The caps lock light turns green indicating the MacBook is on.

-Macbook keyboard is not lit up

-The Touch Bar is also not lit up

-Macbook shows the apple logo for a split second and then disappears without doing anything else

-I followed all the guidelines for possible solutions on the Apple website without any solution

-I also had a second MacBook with Apple Configurator and did some actions there like reactivating/restoring the Mac without any solution

-SMC / NVRAM reset does not help

-CMD + OPTION + R + BOOTING does not help into recovery mode

I am out of options and I guess at this points its a logic board fault..

Any other people that had this problem and found a solution would be helpful.
