Watch is locked

My Apple Watch is locked and I don’t know the code

Activation Lock can only be removed by the original owner who set up the watch with their Apple ID. Activation Lock prevents lost and stolen watches from being used by others.


If you just forgot the passcode for your  Watch follow these instructions;

If you forget your Apple Watch passcode - Apple Support


You can restore the watch from a previous backup if you have one.


M1 Mac mini, macOS 14.2;  Watch, series 7 GPS/cellular, watchOS 10.2; iPad Pro 2nd Gen, iPadOS 16.7.3; iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 17.2; TV 4th Gen, tvOS 17.2; HomePods, audioOS 17.2 and Airport Express w/ Airplay 2
