google icon top middle of iwatch face won't disappear

Google icon has appeared instead of red dot in notification top center of face. All notifications have been cleared. How do I delete google icon on face?

Apple Watch Series 8, watchOS 10

Actually was Apple Maps icon.

Deleted app on iphone and then added app. Went away on watch face.

Are you confusing the icon from something else?

These are the only icons that usually appear on an Watch;
