updating lost my apps on ipod
When i updated my ipod to the 4.0 version i lost all of the apps on my ipod but they are still on my computer. How do u get apps from your computer back to the ipod?

Depending on how you have your iPod set up to sync with iTunes, make sure you have it set up to sync Applications from under the Applications tab for your iPod.
