Cannot access 127.0.0.1 on my Mac even though localhost works

Hi Team,

I am a software engineer and developing my service. It always works well, and I can test my service by the URL

http://localhost:5173/. But when I tried to access my service from my iphone, http://192.168.1.131:5173, 192.168.1.131 is my ip address, it does not work.

Seriousely, I cannot access http://127.0.0.1:5173/ from Chrome, Safari and curl. Same port, same http protocol, same time slot, but different result. And my firewall is inactive either.

Please help to check.
