My Freestyle Libre 2 app repeatedly gives a different reading than a simple fingerprick blood test with a difference of 15 to 29 points. How can I reconcile or sync the two?

I see no options for this in settings on the app.

Freestyle Libre 2 does not work on my iPhone, worked for 18 months, now no connection I have taken my iPhone SE back to factory settings as advised with no success. I downloaded NFC tools, no success. I removed the app from the iPhone and re-installed, this did not reconnect the app. I contacted Abbott (Libre 2 supplier), they sent a reader and said to start a new sensor with the reader then introduce the iPhone, still no iPhone connection, the reader functions properly.
