hidden files on sonoma

I've got MacBook air 13 2019. I have upgrade it from macOS Catalina to Sonoma and many files in my Desktop was marked as hidden now, I don't know why.

I found them with clicking : command **** point but they are still marked as hidden so i can't find them with lightroom for exemple. I don't know why almost all my files are hidden know and i don't know how to unhidden them.
