Location-based automations within HomeKit no longer working after iOS 17

Since updating to iOS 17, automations within HomeKit have not worked. I have HomeKit configured to set a certain scene when I arrive home, and a different scene when I leave. After updating to iOS 17, these automations have failed to work a single time.

In an attempt to fix the issue, I have done the following troubleshooting:

• Removed and re-added all HomeKit devices
• Deleted and recreated all scenes
• Removed “Home” as a location on the map, and re-added
• Deleted and recreated my “Home”
• Restarted all iOS devices attached to my iCloud
• Verified that my “location” is only based on my current iPhone location, and no other iOS devices attached to my iCloud
• Verified that there are no conflicting scenes or automations
• Verified that there are no other members of my household attached to automation

This issue has been ongoing for a few months now. I have been unable to resolve the issue on my own, and cannot find any up-to-date discussions reference this.

My current iOS version is 17.3 (21D5026f), running on an iPhone 12 Pro Max (A2342).
