Trying to cancel Apple one after my free trial but there no option. It keeps trying charging my card

I had Apple one with the free trial and I’m trying to cancel it but there no option and it keeps trying to charge my card. It’s not letting me download apps until I put a card that does not decline to pay for it. The only option are to resubscribe and it’s saying it’s active even tho it doesn’t give me the benefits
