I updated my iPhone now I can’t make calls and it stuck searching for service I don’t have a computer how can this be fixed this is so wrong in many ways

What did it tell you about updating your carrier settings when you clicked on Learn More?

Also look at these instructions, there is an update needed from your carrier -

You have a message that says that you need an update to be able to use cellular data on the phone. This update will be from your carrier.....not Apple.

Contact your carrier and ask them to help you get things going again.
