How to update a 2013 iMac OS, currently using High Sierra 10.13.6, to 10.15?

when I try to update it doesn't offer option

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for it.

Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software and split iTunes into several applications; use Go64 as well.
