I need to access the Amazon AEA app, it says it’s not trusted, how do I fix this?

I work for Amazon and to access one of the pages of their attendance policy it tells me I have to go through the AEA network app, I downloaded the app but when I try to open it, it says it has not been trusted on this iPhone before, how do I fix this issue?
