If you are asking about your Apple ID payment method for purchases at the various app stores you can change this on your devices and in your Apple ID account on the web. Apple lists them all in the support document Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support. Make sure you add your new card or payment method before you delete the existing card.
