Brighter vertical bar on screen

A weird Brighter vertical bar appeared on my screen. I actually just recently repaired the screen my self and it didn’t appear this way at first after. I bought the replacement screen online, and repaired my self. I know i didn’t mess any internals up as the screen really didn’t look like that when I finished.

(See photos below)

I have a MacBook Pro 13” in 2021. It has an M1 chip. Anyone know what this is or and fixes I can try.

(PS; I already tried resetting, redownloading OS, as well as factory resetting my MacBook. The first photo is from the night I replaced it, in which you can see no vertical bar)

Appears to be a hardware issue with the display, display assembly or display cable...

Screenshots come direct from the GPU, if not present in the screen shot it points to display...

alternately you can plug in an external monitor which also come directly from the GPU bypassing your display...

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

thank you for responding! I took a screenshot and it does appear in the screenshot. Does this mean that there is an issue with my GPU? I apologize as I am not tech savvy, would you be able to tell me what that means? And if any, some fixes you might recommend? I do have a 2 year warranty for the screen I bought, so I can easily get a replacement. But for now before i file a claim is there any way for me to fix this?
