Does blocking or Deleting Users in Group Text Work?

Because Apple is basically forcing people to remain in conversations that they DO NOT want to be in, if something so simple as another phone User won't allow you to leave a conversation, then I don't need to be buying Apple anymore with all the billions of dollars this company has and won't even find a solution to a very common problem.

Apple allows you to leave a group imessage of 3 or more people.

Why not ask the person who started the group thread to create a new one and omit you from it.

Pretty simple request.
