Purchased songs on iTunes will not download to my iPhone

I purchased several songs that will not download to my iPhone. I purchased and downloaded a song to my iPhone successfully but a few minutes later I downloaded several songs from another artist (all on one album) but they will not download. When I access the iTunes store app I can see the songs as purchased. It says downloaded but they're not. I tried purchasing another sone from another artist and album and the same issue persists.

I restarted my phone. Updated to the latest iOS (17.2.1). Signed out and back into my Apple ID. That did not solve the problem.

When I access the 'iPhone Storage' section in the General Settings and access the Music tab I can see all of the downloaded music in the selection for the artists. I also see I was charged on my AppleCard for the purchases. Unfortunately I do not have the songs.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
