I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, Model Number MQ913LL/A and would like to add eSim but there is no such option available in the Cellular tab.
Does this phone not support eSim then?

If not… Then contact Apple Support.
Is your iPhone carrier-locked?
Do you have screen time enabled? If so, shut that off, and check again.
If that’s not it, what is the A#### model code shown in Settings > General > About > Model Number, where # are four digits.

if you find A2896 for an iPhone 14 Pro Max, it’s dual-SIM model and not eSIM.
Disable Screen Time, Focus, and Parental Controls, and check again, if any of that is enabled.
Try restarting the iPhone, now that screen time is disabled.
Shows "NO Sim restrictions" under Carrier Lock. Disabled Screen Time. Settings > General > About > Model Number shows MQ913LL/A.
Still no option to "Add eSim" or use AirAlo in the Cellular tab...
