Using Apple Card at the Apple Store Outside the US

Is possible to use Apple Card at the Apple Stores outside the US?
To buy an iPhone in 24x for example?

No, Apple Card Monthly Installment (ACMI) is only available in the US and is not available outside the US. Apple Card is a Mastercard and is accepted worldwide at merchants that accept Mastercard.
