How I can Recover deleted notes from iCloud؟؟؟

You can use iCloud.com on a computer to recover recently deleted files or restore an earlier version of information that was automatically archived in iCloud.

Review the following:

• Calendar: Restore your calendars and events on iCloud.com
• Contacts: Restore contacts stored in iCloud on iCloud.com 
• iCloud Drive, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote: Recover deleted files on iCloud.com
• iCloud Photos: Delete and recover photos and videos on iCloud.com
• Mail: Delete email in Mail on iCloud.com

And to answer your question about iCloud. iCloud is NOT an Archive in the sense of a true archive backup. iCloud is a Syncing Service and deletions made on any device which syncs with iCloud are deleted across all devices. That's why they gave a recently deleted folder to give you time to recover items. But since you deleted them from recently deleted, they are gone permanently.

*** Important note to add, if you deleted the notes from your "recently deleted" notes folder within the last 30 days, you CANNOT get them from an archived iCloud backup. So any note that you recently deleted, there's no need to go to iCloud if it's in your "recently deleted" folder. Easier to go into "recently deleted" folder than take more steps going into iCloud.

Can this be done for iMessage? I deleted an iMessage from the cloud and it had photos in the message I’m trying to get back. Can I get that deleted iCloud message back? I deleted the message from “recently deleted” folder in iMessage.

Unfortunately, if you use iCloud for Messages and you delete a message in the Messages app, then it gets deleted in iCloud as well. So no way of recovery. Now, if you do not use iCloud and have a backup of the iPhone then the messages will be saved in that backup and you can restore your iPhone from it.

How recently did you delete the message. For up to 30 days messages you sync with iCloud are held in a Recently Deleted folder so you can restore them. Open the messages app and tap Edit at the top. See Show Recently Deleted and tap it. If the message is there, you can restore it.

Unfortunately I was trying to reduce iCloud space and deleted from "recently deleted".

So to be clear, unlike Notes, I can't restore from earlier version of information that was archived in iCloud backup?
