Troubles with iCloud Plans

The fact is that I currently have a 5GB free plan connected. I want to buy 200GB of space, but my phone simply doesn’t have the option to sign up for/upgrade to a 200GB plan. not 50, not 200. Only from 2TB. What can be done and how to fix it?
