Apple Music playlist revert two years back after syncing old iphone

I recently discovered my old iPhone 7 and turned it on to look through some old stuff. It used to be on iOS 14.2, but I updated it to iOS 15.8. I noticed a message in the Settings app that recommended I resign into my Apple ID to use certain services, and I did so. A few hours later, I go to Apple Music onto my iPhone 15 Pro Max to listen to some music from a playlist I've been putting together over the past few years. I noticed the name was an older name I had for it over a year ago, and I notice a big chunk of songs missing from the end. I realize that this is a version of the playlist from a while back, and I'm pretty sure me signing into my old iPhone caused it to sync the old playlist back. Oddly enough, all of my other playlists are completely untouched. Is there any way for me to recover the playlist I had, as I don't remember much of what's missing? No, I don't have a backed up version of this phone, and most of the songs on the playlist were downloaded a while back, but I later removed the downloads for space. Now, the entire playlist is redownloaded, and that's without my input. I am also currently on the latest version of iOS 17.2.1. Any help?
