How to combine storage in iCloud for family sharing
I am paying separate fees for separate members in family sharing for storage in iCloud. How can I combine and maybe pay less

Upgrade your plan to a plan large enough for all and then share it. Each family member that has a paid plan will have the option to switch to the shared plan and get a refund on their current plan. See information in Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support
