Group Chat Glitch

In multiple group chats it will state that I have changed the group photo or removed a phone number when I haven’t. Not sure what’s happening and why it’s saying that I have. Help!

iMessage Group Chat Settings Ghost?? I have noticed in 2 group chats that I am in, I find messages that say I changed the group photo or I removed someone from the conversation but I didn’t make these actions. They are also always happening at times when I am not on my phone. I am using an iPhone 11 running iOS 17.2.1 (latest version). In this screenshot, there was originally a message in between the 2 removed photo messages saying I changed the photo but it has somehow disappeared?? This one was today, it did change the group photo but it was just changed to the original group photo and not anything random in my photos. What is going on with my iMessage??
