How would I go about stopping the iMac waking from the mouse moving in sleep mode?

I want to be able to charge my Razor mamba mouse whilst the iMac is in sleep but the mouse is on whilst charging, and the slightest touch on the desk turns on the iMac from sleep.

Thanks.

iMac 27" i5, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

You can do this from System Preferences>Bluetooth>Advanced button. Uncheck "Allow Bluetooth devices to wake this computer."

Unfortunately that will effect the wireless keyboard as well. If your keyboard is wireless you'll have to use the power button to wake.

    Cheers

Thanks, but I'm not using the Bluetooth magic mouse, I'm using a razor mamba mouse that charges via USB when the iMac sleeps. Is there a way to just disable the mouse from starting the iMac or an option to disable USB devices from starting the iMac? I can use the power button to wake from sleep, that would be fine!

I see now that: Included with the Razer Mamba™ is its charging dock which also _acts as the wireless receiver unit_.

I would check the options for that device to see if you can disable it's wireless while charging.

    beyond that, I got nothing.
