How can I move a sheet to another Numbers document?

I want to copy 1 sheet out of a multiple sheet document into a single sheet document. When I select all the columns or rows and copy then paste, it pastes out of order on my new blank sheet.

Sorry, guess my crystal ball was on a break 😀

So then, in iCloud Numbers, on your Mac (I guess), try this more general way...

With the Sheet you will Copy from open, click on a blank area of the Sheet, away from any objects (not strictly necessary, but a good practice.)

Then, type Command-A to Select all objects on the Sheet.

Then type Command-C to Copy all objects on the Sheet.

Then Open a new iCloud Numbers document to receive a copy of your original Sheet.

Focus on the default table in the new Numbers document by clicking anywhere on it and then Select the entire table by clicking on the Table Move Handle in the upper left corner.

Hit Delete to clear the new document of the obligatory starting Table.

Type Command-V to Paste the copied Sheet from the source document to the new document.

That's it. Takes much less time to do it than to say it.

I am working online with this file. Maybe that is the issue,

You mean Numbers for iCloud? Yes, that is one of the many aspects of the user interface that are only available on the Mac. I wasn't able to find a way to copy a sheet in Numbers for iCloud. Duplicate into the same document, yes. But copy and paste into a separate document? No joy.
