Hello. My brand new MacBook Pro -M3 Max is constantly receiving kernel panics. I have done an Etrecheckreport. The laptop does have an MDM (jamf) and these kernel panics have been happening for one month now. Does anyone have any ideas of what's causing them?

The first place I would go would be to the IT Department of the Company and / or JAMF Administrators.
Though to be forwards about this, they maybe Internal Requirements or Company Policies requiring Antivirus Software be run on their computer/
That would first starting point to explain to them at the Apple Operating System resides in a Sealed and Read Only Volume that can not be opened by the User nor by Third Party Applications.
The only Entity that can open and modify or alter this Volume is Apple.
That would occur when an update or UpGrade is performed.
Then, Security. Built right in
After that, 🤞 cross your fingers and hope the " They see the light of Day " on AV Software
More than one antivirus app - This computer has multiple antivirus apps installed.
Configuration profiles found - This computer may have configuration profiles installed.
No solution I'm afraid, but I have a M3 Pro, and I've also experienced repeated kernel panics.
FWIW I've mostly experienced them while running under fairly heavy load (I've been using stable diffusion), but never experienced the same thing on my other M1 and M2 Macs.
Curious to hear if this is widespread.
