hi I need help my account has been disabled from the App Store and I tunes and I haven't been able to download any apps because of this issue, I've tried to chat with an agent but it never gave me a link and I also tried calling but there was no solution, can someone please tell me what to do? I already tried changing my billing address, signing out, changing payment method and others but no solution, is there anything I can do?
