Refund required for an apparently free AI image generator app that automatically got a yearly plan purchased

At around 3.30 pm on 15Jan 2024, I downloaded an Ai image generator app named Ideogram AI art generator. Apparently upon downloading, it somehow itself got a yearly plan purchased and a transaction of 199 QR was done. I received a message ‘thank you for tour purchase’ but I haven’t made any and do not wish to use the app. I need my amount refunded. What should I do? Where should I complain?
