Hello, why i can't add my card to apple wallet? My card from Uzbekistan. Please make it possible

Are you in a country or region that support Apple Pay?

Does your financial institution support Apple Pay?

If you’re country or region does not support Apple Pay, you cannot add cards as a payment method. The service is not available.

my country is not on that list. But I would like to use the service
