Sending Messages on a Mac

I'm having trouble sending iMessages through my Macbook to one contact in particular. While my iMessages sent from my phone are received normally on their Mac, when I try and send a message through my Mac, her Mac does not receive the message. Other contacts receive my messages on their Mac normally too, it's just hers. I've restarted my. computer, and she has restarted her computer. What's going on?

She probably doesn't have all of the proper settings on in Messages on her Mac. Have her open Messages and then open its settings. Then click on the iMessage tab.

Both her phone number and email address should be checked. And very importantly, the box for Enable Messages in iCloud needs to be on. Otherwise, messages viewed on her phone or sent from it won't populate to Messages on the Mac.
