Disconnect between Wallet and Apple Pay
Starting two days ago (prior to this it was working fine), I have been unable to complete a transaction in the Books app. It may apply in other apps as well. My wife is having the same problem on her account and device.
When attempting to purchase the book, I receive a prompt to log in to my apple account. Then I'm shown a "Manage Payments" screen that shows my primary credit card from my Wallet with the words "(Apple Pay)(Verify)" in red.
While it indicates that I can reorder my payment methods from this screen, none of the other cards from my Wallet are shown. There is nothing to reoreder.
When I then click on the card, presumably to verify it, the next screen comes back with red text "This card could not be found in your Wallet. Add this card to Wallet and try again."
When I go back to Wallet, both this card and all my others are listed and verified -- just as they have been forever.
Further, I just used this device and Apple pay and this same card to make a purchase from a store.
