iMessage not activating on Jazz(Pakistan)

I just upgraded my phone from iPhone 12 to iPhone 14 Pro Max , my Network Jazz Pakistan is not activating imessage on my phone number now. Previously it used to work on my iPhone 12.

I have tried all the methods,

Turn off and restart iMessage and FaceTime

1. Go to Settings > Messages and turn off iMessage.
2. Go to Settings > FaceTime and turn off FaceTime.
3. Restart your iPhone.
4. Turn iMessage and FaceTime back on.
5. Recharged my network balance.

Nothing seems to work at all.

I have also contacted my network; They say Its not an issue on their end
