Using Apple power adapter to charge Apple Watch will decrease its battery life?

I am using a apple power adapter to charge my apple watch. the watch is charged in 45 min but i leave it on charger for 3 days as i don't use it. Will this decrease my Watch battery life? is there any better way to save the charge cycle?

Not really. The Apple Watch self regulates the amount of power is draws from the charger.

Now if you left it on the charger for a year, that might be a different story. 3 days, and then use it so it drains a good percentage, and then charge it again, should not bother it.

If you are going to ignore the Apple Watch for an extended period of time (weeks. months, years), then suggest you charge it, then drain it to between 60 and 80 percent, then power it off.
