Photos original files names

The file name of the photos I import in my Mac Pro show a name at info, but when I search for the same file at the Photo Library- Original files I can’t find the file.

I noticed that all file saves that the Original folder have new file names and are automatically organized in folders names with the first name or letter of the file.

The problem is that I can’t find the original photos anymore.

For example, I can see photos on Photos app in chronological order, but when I transfer the original files to a hard drive, I can’t search the file anymore because it is saved I. The original file with a different name file and not with the date the photo was taken.

in the past the photos were automatically saved on the Original folder in chronological order.

How can I have the photo files organized in chronological order in the Photo Library- Original folder?
