SraVanKra- I have been reading a lot of posts about the 17.2.1 update causing all kinds of problems. My spouse updated and now cannot make or receive telephone calls, the battery is draining, the phone is hot, and the touch screen keeps freezing. I am not going to do the update because I’m afraid after reading all the posts. But your answer to this person‘s question focuses a lot on corporate profiles when the person asking the question didn’t mention that at all. Are you suggesting that many of the issues people are reporting are related to corporate profiles?
