When I move the slider to increase text size it does work. I've also tried Accessibility display and test size that also does not work. Any suggestion would be appreciated thanks you.

Start with a restart.

B. App Specs:
Note that not all apps allow for the increase of font size. It's the way the all is developed. Contact the Developer of the app, if this is the case in an app. You'll find their Contact Us info in the app's site of the App Store.
