Mac Music App Not Saving Changes - Sonoma 14.2.1

Since upgrading to Sonoma 14.2.1 I am having an issue with the Music app not saving changes or refreshing correctly. For example:

1. I import a batch of tunes and make changes to track names/artists and the song view updates to show the changes. A while later the song view will show the original track names/artists before the changes. Double clicking the song to play it then updates the name/artist to what I changed it to.
2. I import tunes and update the ratings and delete some of the tunes when I decide i don't actually want them. I close Music and reopen it later. The ratings have all reset and the tunes I deleted are back again but show as not being able to find the source file (because I deleted from the mac when deleting from the library).
3. I create a Smart Playlist and configure the rules. Later on the name of the playlist has reset as have the rules and I need to reconfigure it.

Those are the most notable issues I have encountered since the update.
