Payment method

Hello


I would like to know my payment info. Before I was connected with one officer through this chat. So there is a problem with my Apple account. Almost every single week there is an automatic charge from my bank account. I want to cancel or remove this kind of charge.


Please contact me as soon as possible.

You can log in to your Apple account online at any time, to view all your details, including your payment methods.

Apple ID sign-in: https://appleid.apple.com/


If needed: How to: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support

How to see what you were charged for :


  1. "To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member.
  4. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.


If the charge is for a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription.

Find out where else you can view your Purchase History."

Please note: If the charges are from a subscription that you cancel, and there is only one payment method on file, you can likely only delete that payment method after the subscription period expires.
