Upload Photos on Instagram

Hi,

I am trying to upload a photo on my Instagram and it says "Enable Photo Access" and when i go to settings>Instagram>photos, it does not shows Access settings, rather it shows only two options, "Photo Library Access> None/Add Photos Only.

In my other phone it shows settings>Instagram>Photos>limited access/full access

I want to know how can i get that full access option.
