my iphone is locked by owner and he forgot his password

so i basically bought a phone from my uncle and he forgot his apple id password and my phone shows (IPHONE LOCKED TO OWNER). I try so many things to recover his by forgetting password but he used a PAKISTANI network sim which he provided for authentication also he forgot that number too...i know its sound dumb but its real thing happend too me ... and my uncle not replying even properly please resolve my issue as soon as possible I am a PAKISTANI student ... And i need this phone i am attaching my phone screen

This is a problem only your Uncle can resolve. He will need to remove the device from his account after contacting Apple Support to regain access since the account is disabled. Apple will not be able to provide you with any details about his account and will not be able to remove the Activation Lock for you. Since his Apple ID is still on the iPhone, the phone is his and Apple does not get involved in third party sales. That is just one of the many problems that can be found when purchasing a used iPhone.

Once he regains access to his account and removes the Activation Lock using his Apple ID and Password, then the phone will need to be reset to Factory Settings.
