My Apple Gift Card code is not complete

You might need to provide:

• An image of the full front and back of your card.
• A sales receipt showing when your card was purchased.
• The serial number from your card.

Please follow the steps provided in the support document you posted from to contact Apple support, and provde them as much of the code as is visible. They can help you with the rest.
