Apple ID when reinstalling Mac OS

So I recently got a IMac late 2013 intel based and I factory reset it erased the disk and then tried reinstalling it again everything went smooth until it prompted me with Apple ID and I tried bunch of ids all came back saying connection failed

It is likely still associated with the original users AppleID which means you are stuck until you correct that problem. You need to either return it or please follow the steps to the letter as described in What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Mac


We see posts similar to yours at least 1x per day and the answer is ALWAYS the same.
