Home and Lock Screen Draining Battery

I’m using iPhone 15 Pro and iOS 17.2.1

For the last 10 days data, ‘Home and Lock Screen’ consumed most of my battery. Haven’t seen this happen on my iPhone 13 Pro in the two years I used it and all the iOS versions it went through in between.

I’ve turned off Always on Display. I have auto lock in 30 seconds.

Would appreciate any thoughts or guidance on this.

When i go to battery , it says that Home and lockscreen is using 19%. I do not have lockscreen widgets, I do not use AOD, I have 2 widgets on my homescreen, Calendar and Weather. I do not use location, bluetooth or air drop that often. I tried restarting my phone, erased all the settings, even did a factory reset and the problem still exists. Any idea what it mighht be? Home Screen and Lock Screen battery drain Guys I just got my iPhone 16 pro, have updated to the latest software of course but my Home Screen and Lock Screen is taking an absurd amount of battery percentage yesterday it was 27% percent out of 30 minutes usage I don’t know what else to try I have done the force reset , only kept 2 widgets the weather and the battery one turned off background app refresh but still nothing battery life btw is at 100% and the phone is 1 month old any suggestions?
