Trojans and viruses are two different types of malware. If your iPad is not jailbroken, you don't have either, though.

As stedman1 suggested, start by explaining what you're seeing that let you to jump to the conclusion that you had malware. Whatever it is, it's probably far less scary.

Thrid-party apps have a very limited ability to scan anything on an iPhone. And, Bitdefender Mobile Security makes not claims that it find viruses or trojans (because there aren't any).
