How to turn on do not disturb on iPad but not iPhone

When giving presentations or instructions to coworkers with my iPad I would like to put it on “Do Not Disturb” but keep my iPhone (also linked to the same Apple account) on regular mode so I’m notified when I receive a text or email. I would like to disassociate their “Do Not Disturb” functions from one another.
