text message to reminder

Somehow i managed to attached a text message to "reminders". When the reminder came due, it sent me directly to the text message. I cannot figure how i achieved this action. Any suggestions?

iphone 14 on iOS 17.2.1 17.2.1

When you touch and hold a Date, Time, Day of the week, or No. Days in the message app you will get a popup as shown below

The pic below is self-explanatory

Thank you for your rapid response, however your solution is correct, but not quite applicable to my problem. The original text message that i attached to the reminder did not include a date or time in the message (see attachment).
