Will Veterans and Military Purchase Program be available to pre-order Apple Vision Pro?

Can you combine the veterans discount with the education discount and back to school promotion? I’m going to graduate this year and I’m looking to get a MacBook Pro. My father served in the military which means I have access to the 10% veterans discount since I’m still living with him. Since I am going off to college this year I know that I will have access to the education discount as well. Furthermore, I know that in June Apple starts their back to school promotion. Could I stack these three benefits with each other when purchasing the MacBook pro this summer?
