"Hide my email" does not show up for some email fields in Safari

Hide my email sometimes does not show up on my keyboard in Safari when my cursor is placed in an email field on a website. Sometimes Hide my email shows up, and sometimes, it does not. Also, sometimes it suggests my personal emails saved in my Contacts, but not Hide my email.

Any idea what is causing this? It is so frustrating.

Other details:

I have Apple One Premiere and have been using Hide my email since it was first released.

This happens in Safari on my Mac, iPad, and iPhone.

All are on the latest OS (MacOS 14.2.1, iPadOS 17.2, and iOS 17.2.1).

This problem has been happening for as long as Hide my email has been available.
