how to change individual membership into organizational membership?

Since Monday, January 6 2024, we have been updating apps on iOS, but it turns out that this time Apple requires that to submit apps you must have an organizational membership, while what we have is still an individual membership.

We have taken steps to update our membership from individual to organizational, and the response will be answered within 1-2 days. but it turns out that 2 days have passed and there has been no answer. We are doing the same process again, so far, we have submitted 4 times, but there is still no answer.

Maybe some of you guys here have had the same experience? what's the solution?

Thanks in advance!

You’ll want to discuss this with Apple Developer Support.

I’m unaware of any requirement for organizational enrollments for app store submissions, nor any recent changes to submission requirements.

You do need to be an organization for teams, and to show an organization’s name ob the submissions, but not AFAIK for app store submissions.

If you are seeking to distribute apps internally past the provided ad hoc quantities, then that involves an enterprise developer enrollment. But that’s a different enrollment.
